Summary
Topline counts show the total number of actions taken through your tools while your account is on the free tier. This article explains what topline counts include and how they differ from voter level data available on paid plans.
What topline counts include
Topline counts show the total number of completed actions for each tool, including:
- Absentee actions
- Calendar actions
- FutureVoter actions
- Locate actions
- PAV actions
- Pledge actions
- Register actions
- Reminders actions
- Verify actions
These counts do not include individual voter data.
When topline counts are useful
Topline counts help track basic engagement and support simple reporting. They are helpful for measuring interest or activity at a high level without requiring voter specific information.
What topline counts do not include
Topline counts do not provide:
- Voter names or contact details
- State or district level breakdowns
- Demographic information
- Contact lists for follow up
To access individual level data, you must be on a paid VoteAmerica Plus plan.
