Troubleshooting embed or link tracking issues

Summary

If your embed or easy link is not showing activity in your dashboard, this article provides steps to confirm your setup and resolve common tracking issues.


Check that the URL you are sharing includes your correct organization ID. Any link missing your ID will not track.


Load your tool in a private browser window and complete a test action, such as checking registration. Your action should appear in the dashboard within one hour.


Step 3: Confirm that tracking is enabled in your dashboard

Check your dashboard filters to ensure you are viewing all tools and all date ranges. Some filters limit what appears.


Step 4: Check for website caching issues

If your website uses caching, it may take time for embedded content to update. Clear your cache or publish a manual refresh.


Step 5: Check account tier

Free tier accounts see topline counts only. If you recently upgraded, individual level data collection begins at the time of upgrade.
