Summary

Easy links are the fastest way to use VoteAmerica tools. Every easy link connects to your organization’s account and automatically tracks voter actions in your dashboard.

They are ideal for partners who want to share tools quickly without adding embeds or technical setup.

  1. Log in to your VoteAmerica Plus customer portal.

  2. Click Easy links in the main menu.

    You will see a list of tools and your organization’s unique URLs.

    Example:

    • Verify tool:https://voteamerica.org/l/YourOrg/verify/  
    • Register tool:https://voteamerica.org/l/YourOrg/register/  
    • Locate tool: https://voteamerica.org/l/YourOrg/locate/   
  3. Copy the link you want to share.

You can share easy links in any channel where you communicate with supporters:

  • Email: Add a button or text link in newsletters or updates.
  • Social media: Post links directly on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Threads.
  • SMS: Include links in text messages to make voter actions one tap away.
  • Events: Use QR codes or digital screens to display links.

Easy links can also be used in onboarding messages or email signatures to maintain engagement year-round.

  • Log in to your VoteAmerica Plus dashboard to view engagement metrics by tool.
  • Activity updates every hour.
  • Paid accounts include user-level data in export reports.
